This technology can then provide a detailed analysis of each learner's proficiency, highlighting specific areas where they need improvement. This can them be discussed with the tutor and a more accurate grade agreed.

After identifying skill gaps, AI can suggest personalised SMART goals for students, which can be reviewed and agreed upon with tutors. This customisation ensures that each learner has a clear, achievable path forward that aligns with their unique educational needs and pace.
Customised Learning Materials
AI can analyse a learner's previous work to generate study materials and tasks that address their weaknesses while also providing more challenging content for areas where they excel. For example, if a student enrolled on a fitness course is advanced in nutrition, AI can create advanced tasks to further stretch their capabilities, rather than having them repeat basic lessons.
Enhanced Feedback Delivery
Feedback is vital but can be challenging to communicate effectively. AI can transform rough notes from assessors into clear, actionable feedback, tailored to how each student best receives information. This not only improves understanding but also engagement with the learning process.
Facilitating Research and Learning Independence
AI tools can help students find and access reliable research articles directly related to their inquiries. This capability supports a dynamic learning environment where students can immediately explore solutions to real-world problems, backed by scholarly research. This method promotes a self driven learning approach, crucial for lifelong learning and progression into HE.

Introducing AI to learners isn't just about enhancing current education but also about equipping them for future careers. By familiarising students with AI technologies, we're giving them a significant advantage in the job market. Skills in AI application, understanding AI ethics, and data analysis are becoming essential across various industries.
